Integrated Mobile Game Service Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service (the "Terms") is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities, as well as the terms and conditions of use, between Highway Heroes Inc. (the "Company") and the user (the "User") regarding the mobile games and all related services (the "Services") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1 The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- Services: refers to the games, applications, related websites/communities, customer support, events, updates, and all other features provided by the Company on mobile devices and other terminals.
- Game: refers to individual mobile game titles included in the Services.
- User: refers to all individuals who use the Services, including both Members and Guest Users.
- Member: refers to a User who has agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and has been granted qualification to use the Services by creating or linking an account.
- Account: refers to the identification means granted by the Company or linked by the User, including Guest and Linked Accounts.
- Guest Account: refers to a temporary account used based on device information without linking to an external platform.
- External Platform: refers to third-party platforms (Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.) associated with the Company for account linking, payment, and statistics.
- Content: refers to all tangible and intangible elements provided in the Services, such as items, currency, characters, skins, passes, and functional features.
- Paid Content: refers to Content purchased by the User through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
- Probabilistic Items: refers to Content whose outcome is determined by chance upon purchase or use.
- Store Provider: refers to open market operators such as Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Notice: refers to the act of informing Users via in-game notices, official websites, communities, push notifications, or email.
2 Terms not defined herein shall be governed by applicable laws and the Company's Operation Policy.
Article 3 (Company Information)
The Company shall display the following information within the Services or on its official website:

Article 4 (Effect, Policy, and Amendment)
1 These Terms become effective when the User agrees to them during the installation or execution of the Services.
2 The Company may establish a separate Operation Policy, which constitutes part of these Terms.
3 In case of conflict, individual game guidelines shall prevail over these Terms.
4 The Company may amend these Terms by announcing it 7 days prior (30 days for unfavorable changes).
5 Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Article 5 (Contract Formation and Account Management)
1 The service contract is formed when the User agrees to the Terms and completes the installation or account linking.
2 The Company may refuse or restrict service access for abnormal access or technical difficulties.
3 Guest Account Warning: Data in Guest Accounts is stored locally. The Company is not liable for data loss caused by device changes or app deletion due to the User's failure to link accounts.
4 Users are responsible for managing their accounts and may not transfer them to third parties.
5 The Company may restrict the creation of multiple accounts by the same User to prevent abuse.
6 Minors: Consent from a legal representative is required for purchases by minors.
Article 6 (Privacy and AI Data Utilization)
1 The Company protects User privacy in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.
2 AI Optimization: To improve service quality and AI-based optimization, the Company may collect and utilize anonymized or pseudonymized game logs and technical data.
3 The use of third-party tools is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Service Provision, Modification, and Suspension)
1 Services are provided 24/7, except for maintenance or emergencies.
2 Regular maintenance will be notified in advance.
3 The Company may modify the Services (updates, balance adjustments, etc.) for operational needs.
4 In the event of service termination, the Company will provide 30 days' prior notice and guidance on refunds for unused Paid Content.
Article 8 (Paid Content and Subscriptions)
1 Payment amounts follow the Store Provider’s policy.
2 Provided Content details and conditions are displayed on the purchase screen.
3 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the User through the Store Provider’s settings.
4 Validity: Paid Content with no specified validity period is valid for five (5) years.
5 The Company may retrieve Content acquired through errors or abnormal routes.
6 Fraudulent payments may result in account termination.
Article 9 (Withdrawal and Refunds)
1 Users may request a refund for Paid Content within 7 days of purchase.
2 Withdrawal Restriction: Withdrawal is restricted for consumed content, used subscriptions, opened Gacha items, or gifts.
3 The Company will clearly notify Users of withdrawal restrictions on the purchase screen.
4 Refunds follow the policies of the Store Provider.
5 Upon refund, the Company may retrieve the refunded Content.
6 Abuse of refunds may result in service restrictions.
7 Overpayments will be corrected through the original payment method.
Article 10 (Probabilistic Items)
1 The Company discloses probability rates within the game or on official channels.
2 Changes in probability rates will be notified.
3 The Company maintains internal procedures to ensure the accuracy of probability information.
Article 11 (Intellectual Property and UGC)
1 All intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the Company.
2 Users warrant that their User-Generated Content (UGC) does not infringe on third-party rights.
3 Users grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use UGC for operating and promoting the Services.
4 The Company may remove UGC that violates laws or these Terms.
Article 12 (User Obligations)
1 Users must comply with laws, these Terms, and the Operation Policy.
2 Users must not engage in:
- Theft of information or account trading.
- Use of unauthorized software (hacks, macros).
- Abuse of payments or rewards.
- Infringement of intellectual property.
- Attacks on service stability.
- Posting harmful or illegal information.
- Safety Violation: Operating the Services while driving or in hazardous situations.
Article 13 (Restrictions and Appeals)
1 The Company may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans for violations.
2 The Company will provide prior notice and an opportunity to appeal, except in urgent cases.
3 Users may appeal sanctions through customer support.
4 Upon termination, access to data and Paid Content will be restricted.
Article 14 (Liability and Indemnification)
1 The Company and the User shall be liable for damages caused to the other party by violating these Terms.
2 The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or platforms without gross negligence.
3 In the event of intentional or gross negligence by the Company, the Company shall be liable for damages.
4 Regarding free Services, the Company’s liability may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
Article 15 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)
1 The Company operates customer support to handle User complaints.
2 Both parties shall strive to resolve disputes through mutual agreement.
3 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Article 16 (Miscellaneous)
1 If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
2 The Company may change non-substantial policies without prior amendment procedures.
3 These Terms are prepared in Korean. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version shall prevail.
